Kumar helped a Publicly Traded Medical Device Company build their entire IP strategy including Patents, Trademarks, and Trade Secrets, and helped with refinancing its $200M+ collateralized debt instrument against a Private Equity company.
Kumar has represented several multi-billion dollars companies like Google, Jonhson and Johnson, Medtronic, Roland and a large bank. However, Kumar also enjoys bringing that experience to Startups and Mid size companies. Kumar enjoys working on strategy with entrepreneur to help them achieve their goals.
